REQUIREMENTS: National Senior Certificate and a splendid diploma or diploma or equal qualification. DUTIES: Coordinate the administration of provincial places of work and oversee the work carried out of provincial offices. Develop and facilitate the implementation of insurance policies and methods that relates to provincial workplace administration and stakeholder relations. Facilitate the institution of thoroughly purposeful provincial offices. Oversee the work of provincial workplaces in order to make certain that expert and moral requirements are maintained. Administer the provision of provincial workplace administration services. Facilitate the development, implementation, and monitoring of provincial operational plans. Ensure general coordination of provincial places of work activities. Oversee the overall performance of provincial places of work in line with set targets. Coordinate the improvement and submission of provincial overall performance reports.
