REQUIREMENTS: Matric Certificate or equivalent qualification. Experience in data capturing will serve as an added advantage. Skills and Competencies: Good verbal exchange ninety-six abilities (verbal and written). Job Knowledge. Planning and company skills.

DUTIES: Provide administration guide service. Capture and replace information from handy files into the required codecs e.g. databases, tables, and spreadsheets. Generate spreadsheets. Update the gadget on all record sets. Validate and evaluate records (for high-quality purposes) to ensure correctness, completeness, and consistency. Compile and replace hobbies’ statistical information/reports and
registers. Receive, log, and music archives or files submitted for similar processing in the Institution’s Human Resource Management and Development factor. Capture hobbies transactions on a laptop such as the switch of statistics from guide files to digital records. Provide
routine and administrative preservation services. Continuous updating of statistics on pc for reporting functions and retrieving facts required. Verify questions lacking records and mistakes located at some point of records entry. Submit data. Make ordinary backups of data. Keep and hold files and files. Ensure documents and documents are right sorted and secured. Provide information to the component.
