Requirements :

Grade 12/National Certificate or equivalent. A basic qualification registered with the South African Nursing Council (SANC). A Degree in Nursing/Post fundamental qualification in Nursing Education and Nursing Administration registered with SANC. A moderator and assessor route registered with SANC. Minimum of 9 years appropriate/recognized nursing ride after registration as a Professional Nurse with the SANC in General Nursing and Midwifery. A minimum of 5 years of the duration referred to above have to be an appropriate/recognizable trip in Nursing Education after acquiring the nursing schooling qualification. A code eight driver’s license. Proof of pc literacy/certificate (Microsoft Package). SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE: Procedures associated with the examination and administration of data/records. Duties :

Management and supervision of the Student Affairs Department which consists of planning, monitoring approaches for statistical facts series and analysing data, boosting reports, monitoring of reporting structures and instruments; dealing with students’ problems such as path terminations, direction extensions, scholar appeal, planning and implementation of commencement and Prize giving ceremonies; examination preparation; develop, evaluation and consider insurance policies and circulars; make sure structured and applicable file retaining in accordance to legislative requirements; administration of the techniques of pupil applications, recruitment, decision, and acceptance. Ensure proper, accurate, and timeous conversation of students’ examination results. Manage, supervise, screen, and document all Student Affairs matters. Communicate with the medical stakeholders to make certain a fine educating and gain knowledge of surroundings (including situational analysis, and making sure devices meet the SANC and CHE accreditation requirements).
