Requirements: Grade 12 with more than 10 years practical experience in patient administration or relevant Degree/Diploma with 5 years relevant experience in patient administration. Knowledge of relevant prescripts and legislations governing patient affairs such as PFMA, UPFS, and Procedure Manual. Excellent administrative skills. Be computer literate and have communication skills, thorough SAP System knowledge, and the necessary skills to manage and supervise co-workers. Ability to work under pressure and be a team player. Good interpersonal skills and reporting skills.

Duties: Monitor the downtime of the section and ensure monthly updating of registers. Ensure correct headcount in the wards and completion of relevant documents. Auditing patients’ medical records on discharge and daily collection of samples to check compliance. Ensure that relevant missing documents are requested to patients and correct Patient Classification. Ensure all patients are admitted, and discharged on the SAP System. Reduce missing medical records by analyzing Orbit System reports monthly. Perform administrative duties such as leave management, staff attendance, staff allocation, and performance management.
