Requirements: Grade 12 or equivalent with a minimum of one (1) year experience as a cleaner. Ability to perform routine tasks. Ability to operate cleaning equipment and machinery. Good interpersonal and communication skills. Ability to work under pressure.
Duties: Cleaning of offices, corridors, kitchen, dining hall, classrooms, auditorium, simulation labs, halls, student residence, and boardroom. Provide a high standard of hygiene and cleanliness. Daily cleaning of the College facilities, toilets, and dusting of office furniture. Sweeping and scrubbing floors. Vacuuming and shampooing classrooms. Cleaning windows and doors. Emptying and cleaning dirt bins. Refiling hand wash liquid soap. Replace toilet paper, hand towels, and refreshers. Cleaning of foyers and stairways. Open classrooms in the morning and close at the end of the business. Report faults in cleaning equipment and machines to the supervisor. Perform any other assigned responsibilities by the supervisor.
