Requirements: Grade 12 or equivalent certificate with 2-3 years in the Public Service Administration environment or Diploma/ Degree in Administration management or related qualification with 1-2 years experience in the Public Service Administration environment. Experience in Student Affairs will be an added advantage. Sound Communication (written and verbal) and interpersonal relations skills. Professional telephone etiquette. Problem-solving skills. Effective self-management and teamwork. Computer literacy certificate/or reflecting on the transcript (MS Word; MS Excel; MS Outlook). A valid driver’s license.

Duties: Facilitate students’ course registration/orientation, graduations, and award ceremonies. Maintain and update student records e.g., tests, examinations results, and lecture periods. Arrange classrooms and examination venues according to schedules. Keep accurate records of student absenteeism both theory and clinical. File Leave forms and other documents in the student files. Retrieve student files for management when requested. Re-arrange and label students’ course trays and files annually. Completion of clinical hours and correlation with course requirements. Being able to apply legislation and policies that govern Student Affairs such as SANC, CHE, SAQA, UMALUSI, POPIA ACT, and BATHO PELE PRINCIPLES. Carry out all lawful duties allocated by the supervisor.
