Requirements :
Minimum of NQF level 3, that is Grade 10 or Abet level 4 certificate with three years applicable trip in cleaning. Ability to work under stress and be organized to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays. Be in a position to work independently and as a team. Be organized to work in a range of areas within the cleaning department. Good conversation capabilities (verbal and written), interpersonal abilities, and hassle-solving. Cleaning rides in the public provider will be an introduced advantage.
Duties :
Ensure cleanliness, tidiness, hygiene, and security of all areas allotted for cleansing on a 24/7 or hour shift system. Ensure that all sources for cleansing are in properly working stipulations and are successfully utilized. Appraise the body of workers’ overall performance in the cleansing branch in accordance with the Performance Management and Development System (PMDS). Responsible for ordering, receiving, storage, inventory manipulation, and inventory taking in the cleansing department. Perform administration features related to housekeeping and cleansing services. Ensure that employees raise out their obligations as delegated and implementation of coaching and improvement of staff. Ensure the nice cleansing of the clinic as per contamination management and great assurance. Liaise with all the inside stakeholders involving cleansing queries and complaints. Manage the manipulation obligation roosters, overtime, Sundays, and public vacation trip hours in the cleansing department. Do ward rounds and spot tests and facilitate the task of disciplinary measures in instances of deviations.
